Qualifications Required:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or higher
- Experience in an early years setting is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote children's development and learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and structured activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's curriculum and environment.
