You'll oversee a diverse caseload, handling Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Tax/Care Fee strategies, Estate Administration, Court of Protection matters, Probate, and related legal work from start to finish.
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience,
- Extensive expertise in Private Client and Estate Administration.
- You should be eager to expand your technical skills and move swiftly towards a Partner position.
- A driven, resilient individual, you will also bring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering top-tier client service.
- Experience in Notarisations would be a plus.
