Job Description:
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of corporate law matters. Your role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and other complex corporate transactions.Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
- Stay current with developments in corporate law and advise clients on potential impacts.
Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law.
- Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and advisory work.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
