**Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Ensure a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior.
- Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher and deliver instructions accordingly.
- Provide assistance to students with their work and address any questions or concerns.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
