Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

**What We're Looking For:
- Passion for SEN: You're dedicated to supporting students with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD
- Empathy & Patience: A caring attitude and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs.
- Team Player: You work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver tailored support.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
**Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to achieve their educational goals.
- Assisting with learning activities, social interaction, and personal development.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere.
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans.
**Eligibility:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
