What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective schedules using project management tools, planning timeframes, resources, and costs.
  • Methodically create fully integrated plans with third parties, ensuring they are logic-linked and aligned with the project goals.
  • Monitor and report schedule status, analysing variances and implementing mitigation steps to address potential delays.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and attending progress meetings to keep everyone informed on project progress.
  • Make sure timely production and updates of planning schedules, operating within an effective baseline management regime.
  • Track and report on progress, resource analysis, and management information.

What you'll bring:

Significant experience in project planning, ideally within large-scale deployments.
Proven Project Management experience, competence, and expertise, with solid understanding and skills in the subject area.

Experience in critical path analysis and identifying pinch points during the project lifecycle.
Proficient in MS Project, with an understanding of macros and advanced features.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting, with strong time management and planning capabilities.
It would be great if you had:

Current Project Management certification and membership of a relevant professional body.
Previous experience working on large programmes.
