Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a

Scheduling Assistant & Administrator in Elstree to join an Independent Financial Services Firm.

The position is with an IFA company who provide a personalised service to their clients. They offer independent impartial advice to benefit their clients with a broad range of products and services. The role would be to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the Office.

The hiring manager ideally is looking for someone with an IFA admin background. You would have knowledge of diary management, scheduling and client interaction through different methods.

They are also flexible in appointing some outside of Financial Services but with strong diary management and admin skills.

There is also the chance to be leading a Team of administrators immediately or soon after you start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and appointments of our financial advisers.
  • Schedule meetings, and events.
  • Ensure all appointments and commitments are met and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication related to diary management, and our professional connections.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and functions, if needed.

Skills and experience required:

  • Administration experience within finance, law or other corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
