What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience in commercial management, ideally in architecture
- Proven ability to manage high-value, complex, international projects
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry-standard contract forms such as JCT, NEC, etc.
- Ability to communicate financial insights to both creative and technical teams
