Our client based in Manchester city centre is looking for an experienced and talented Process Improvement Specialist for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a newly created role within the business and will report directed into the Finance Director and working with all other Head's of within the business.

  • You will be tasked with enhancing efficiencies across the business with focus on customer experience both internal and external.
  • Due to the cross departmental nature of this role, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills and an expert in process mapping, understanding workflows and improving documentation.
  • You will be tasked with using a combination of business and data analysis to highlight target areas and create clearly defined change proposals to drive business efficiency and an improved customer experience. The goal here is to deliver positive business change and improved customer satisfaction.
  • A Six Sigma Certification would be advantageous when applying.

This role is paying up to £60,000 + benefits. The role is based close to Manchester train stations and has discounted NCP parking nearby. My client operates Hybrid working with Tuesday to Thursday to be office based and Monday and Friday from home.
