HYBRID - LONDON - 2/3 Days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
This sports organisation are really well-known and are now looking to add to their CRM team to help support acquisition and engagement!
THE ROLE
As a CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading on building, testing, deployment, and reporting on all email and SMS activity
- Looking into how CRM can be used to enhance conversion rates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver improvements in campaigns
- Adopt a test and learn approach to optimise emails
- Creating personalised, automated campaigns to maximise engagement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hands-on on CRM/Marketing automation experience is required
- Segmentation and personalisation experience will support your application
- Copywriting experience is ideal
- Any HTML experience is desirable
- Love for sport is great
- Experience reporting on campaigns will be beneficial
