Our client a well-respected independently owned Estate Agent and one of the market-leading agents in the Norfolk area is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their expanding team in the Loddon area.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a successful team. The client is a key player in the market and already has impressive sales stock.

They are open to considering a Sales Negotiator looking to step up.

Working hours:

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be required to work Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Assistant Branch Manager requirements:

  • Previous valuations experience and track record of winning sales instructions
  • Previous experience managing a team and busy office within Estate Agency
  • Hard-working and results-driven individual
  • Excellent ability to build rapport and motivate a team
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your role will involve:

  • Leading by example
  • Undertaking Market Appraisals
  • Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
  • Coaching and helping train new staff members
  • Oversee promotional activities
  • Maximising income and profit
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Achieve best possible fees
