Role - Service Desk Administrator
Location - Central London
Salary - £44,000
Work Pattern - Hybrid - Once a week in the office.
An exciting new role working in the public health sector as Service Desk Administrator. This is not one to miss out on.
Please note that this role is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis. It is likely that the role is made permanent after 12 months.
The Role
The ICT Service Desk Administrator postholder will be responsible for running the service desk (1st and 2nd line support) and ensuring that requests for support are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be responding to tickets directly or escalating them to the relevant staff. You will be acting as the first point of contact for all staff and members who have issues with using their ICT equipment and systems, taking ownership of resolving their issues. Throughout the role you will manage the service desk, taking a proactive approach in ensuring tickets raised and escalated to others are dealt with effectively.

- Previous Public sector experience is desirable but not a must.
