A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a Top Legal 500 ranked firm.
The firm are well established with 4 offices located within the Sussex region and are renowned for their full service offering and exceptional client care which generate referrals throughout the business
The residential property team deal with the whole spectrum of transactions from new builds to traditional properties and often HNW reflecting the affluent areas that they service.
The role will see you manage your own caseload or residential sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as re mortgage and transfers of equity. Additionally you will take a pivotal role in business development, participating in marketing initiatives to nurture and build upon existing relationships with refers of work.
This opportunity will provide you with the chance to work amongst highly skilled and experienced individuals. As well as having exposure to top quality work, the firm provide a fully supported environment where you will be encouraged to reach your maximum potential.
To be successful you will have:-
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience in managing your own caseload
- Ambition and motivation
- Excellent client care skills.
