A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IP Administrator to join a prestigious IP firm.
The role will provide training and development opportunities for a junior/mid-level trade mark administrator, and the ideal candidate will have a foundation level of trade mark processes and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing new applications and supporting documentation for new filings at IPOs around the world.
- Preparing post-filing documents for filing at the various trade mark offices.
- Preparing documents and correspondence for clients and foreign agents.
- Creating invoices.
- Reviewing and actioning workflows.
You must have some prior trade mark administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
