Do you have experience of supporting a sales and customer service function?

Our super client, with offices based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Customer Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis owing to an internal promotion, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities

As Customer Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:-

  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Processing detailed customer orders on company system
  • Arranging installations and relevant product training
  • Handling any complaints
  • Supporting a busy sales team with administration and queries.
  • Checking stock levels
  • Taking customer payments
  • Supporting administration and other ad-hoc duties.

Skills required

To be considered for the role of Customer Sales Administrator, it is essential that you have:-

  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • You will thrive on working as part of a team
  • You will also have a good level of PC literacy.

In return our client is offering a starting salary of £25,000 plus 22 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with length of service), pension, onsite parking, etc.
