OVERVIEW:
- The appointed fee earner will handle a caseload of personal injury matters
- Advise and offer guidance to clients
- Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing personal injury litigation cases.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
