A highly regarded full service law firm are now looking to expand their HR Team with the addition of an experienced HR Advisor.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (up to 4 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Employee relations
- Redundancy consultations
- Absence management
- Safeguarding
- Performance and disciplinary processes
- Investigations
- Payroll administration
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR advisory experience, ideally in care/support sector
- Knowledge of employee relations and care sector regulations
- Independent handling of HR/disciplinary issues
- CIPD qualifications beneficial but not essential
