Your new company
You will be working for a Facilities Management consultancy that is based in Lancashire. They provide specialist advice and services to organisations within the healthcare, education, defence, local authority and social housing sectors.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing the consultancy's social housing department. You will provide a variety of services to various social housing organisations in the north west, such as employers agent, new build, contract administration, lifecycle work, strategic asset management, retrofit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 4 years of building surveying experience, and will have experience working in the social housing sector as a consultant or as a direct employee.
You will be confident using AutoCAD
You will have a B.Sc. in Building Surveying and will be able to provide a CV demonstrating relevant experience.
What you'll get in return
Salary £45,000-£50,000 inc car allowance
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working- work from the office 2 days per week
26 days holiday plus bank holidays
6.5% employer pension contribution, 4% employee contribution
