Job Title: Lecturer - Construction Multi-skills
Salary: £27,000 - £40,400 (DOE and Teaching Qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (annual leave = 42 days plus 8 bank holidays)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Contract: Permanent
Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridgeshire and we're looking for a Multi-Skills Lecturer for the Construction Department.
Must have:
- You must have construction industry experience to join the Department.
- You will be responsible to design and deliver the Multi-skills courses, Property Maintenance apprenticeships, in both practical and theoretical settings.
- You must have at least Level 2 vocational qualification in a Construction background. Ability to teach on multiple trade areas such as, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing etc.
- You must hold a valid drivers licence and have access to a vehicle.
- You must be available for some evenings or weekends as work may be required.
- Have current knowledge of Health and Safety for the construction industry.
- The right to work in the UK.
Ideally have:
- A Certificate in Education/PGCE/ DTLLS/DET with recent Lecturing, instructing or training experience.
- An Assessor qualifications A1 or equivalent.
- DBS on the update service.
