Location: Letchworth

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm. (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Daily responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to deliver high-quality services to clients and enhance departmental development.
  • Work with other Heads of Departments to maintain and improve service levels.
  • Build client relationships, acting as the "go-to" person, managing expectations, services, and team to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and mentor the team, setting a positive example.
  • Identify and deliver added value services to clients to support their prosperity.
  • Opportunities for career development and a lead role in a rapidly growing department

Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience in practice
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Managerial experience at a senior level
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH preferred.
  • Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of scale
