This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to join an innovative and expanding Construction company, where you will be exposed to a plethora of projects and have the opportunity to progress your career to Commercial Director.

This recently has resulted in an major increase in work which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this amazing opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing the commercial department which consist of a team of Quantity Surveyors. You will then be responsible for managing projects from start to completion. As well as that you will be responsible for managing and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are running smoothly and can solve any problems as they arise. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be responsible for creating and conveying monthly reports to keep track and communicate the progression of projects.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an ambitious and experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with proven experience in the Construction industry, as well as holding a full drivers license to be able to travel to sites nationwide.

- Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
- Proven experience in the Construction industry
