Principal Safety Case Engineer - Warrington
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Safety Case Engineer to join a tier one company in the nuclear industry. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those who want to work on challenging projects within the nuclear sector while offering competitive rates.
The Role:
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring safety cases meet regulatory requirements by conducting technical assessments and creating reports that identify potential hazards or risks associated with various engineering systems. You'll also provide expert advice on how best practices can mitigate these dangers so that they become more manageable during operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Conducting complex analyses of designs, procedures, processes related documentations.
- Preparing quantitative risk analysis (QRA) studies
- Developing documentation such as Hazard Identification Studies
(HAZIDs), Preliminary Hazards Analysis (PHASs), Subsystem Hazard Analyses (SSHAs)
- Leading hazard workshops
