Property Manager
Salary: up to £30k per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday-Friday

Our client is looking for a competent individual with the ability to work well under pressure to join their vibrant team as a property manager.
The Key Duties of the Property Manager
- Finding new tenants and handling tenant turnover
- Manage the move-in process for new tenants and oversee the onboarding of new properties
- Conduct property inspections, organise move-out procedures, and handle post-tenancy works
- Handling first level tenant complaints
- Ensure all properties meet regulatory requirements, including health, safety and legal requirements
- Making regular 'check-in' calls with landlords
The Key Requirements of the Property Manager
- Experience within a property management role is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
