Home Manager required. Time Recruitment are currently representing a family run Healthcare Provider who truly strive to deliver the best possible person-centred care so that all residents feel safe, happy and secure and in an environment that is their home, in their search for a Home Manager located in Leeds. The service is a 40 bed care home offering Nursing, Residential and Dementia Care, the home has a lovely welcoming and homely atmosphere.

Duties of the Home Manager:

  • Day to day running of the home
  • To provide leadership and guidance to all staff
  • Recruitment and retention
  • To maintain the operations of the home at the standard agreed
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are provided at all times
  • Undertake the Care Planning activities for Service Users to meet changing physical, psychological and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice, and informed consent.
  • Induct new starters and continued training and development

Requirements for the Home Manager:

  • Experience as a home manager
  • Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management desirable
  • Nurse qualification desirable but not essential
