Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Risk and Assurance Advisor for an organisation based in Sunderland.
Responsibilities of the Risk and Assurance Advisor include:
- Provide risk, assurance and business continuity advice to the organisation
- Develop and maintain the strategic and operational risk registers and ensure there are robust processes for keeping registers up to date
- Develop and deliver workshops and training on risk, assurance, and business continuity topics
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual internal audit plan
- Support the Risk and Continuity Manager and the Head of Safety, Risk and Assurance in preparing report
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working within an enterprise risk management environment
- Institute of Risk Management Certificate in Risk Management (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a business risk management environment
