Role Overview: Land Graduate

Objective: To identify and assess potential residential development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify residential development opportunities.
-
Support the land team in preparing offers and site analysis.
-
Monitor regional and national planning policies.
-
Conduct financial cash flows for progressing opportunities.
-
Build and maintain a network of contacts.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Essential:
-
Strong mathematical skills.
-
Keen interest in the land and development sector.
-
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and perform under pressure.
-
Full driving license.
-
Desirable:
-
Degree in Town Planning, Law or Maths
-
RICS or RTPI accredited Degree
-
Experience in the construction industry.
-
Commercial acumen and interest in development.
-
Competence in IT, especially Excel and Word.
