Location: Cricklewood, London
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Overview: As a General Beauty Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic about the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a Variety of Beauty Treatments: Including but not limited to facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and basic massage therapy.
- Client Consultations: Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a Clean and Hygienic Environment: Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspaces are sanitized and in good working order.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty products and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional experience for all clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Sales: Promote and sell salon services and products to meet sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Beauty Technician: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in a beauty salon or similar environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact warmly and professionally with clients.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Passion for Beauty: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning and improving skills.
- Sales Ability: Comfortable with recommending and selling products and services.
