Programme Manager Apprenticeships (Engineering)

We are currently representing a well-established Further Education College based in North Hampshire. Looking to build on their department with a specialist individual to work as a Programme Manager Apprenticeships (Engineering).
Main Function:
- Maintain a caseload as a Reviewer and Assessor within Engineering (General or Aviation)
- Ensure timely completion of all apprentices
- Ensure ISOW reflects appropriate employer delivery.
- Secure continuous improvements in the quality and performance of Engineering Apprenticeships to be in the 90th percentile for completion annually

Salary & Benefits:
