This is a hybrid role where you are able to work from the office and from home as most staff work 1/2 days from the office and 3/4 days from home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Management of current stock levels and management of stock record to ensure all outsourced warehouses maintain a healthy stock balance to meet customers' demands
- Work with stock reports and management of spreadsheets
- Manage day-to-day relationships with both suppliers and warehouses
- Aid management and review of storage, transport and import service providers to product safety policies and procedures.
- Placing of orders for stock to warehouse, liaising with suppliers, warehouse, transport, shipping agents
- Assisting with traceability exercises involving stock products
- Supporting role for Health & Safety
- Adherence to internal policies and procedures.
