This is a vacancy for a SEND Primary Teacher, to start in September at a primary school in Tameside in their Autism Resource Base.
This is a full time & long term role that is expected to last until Christmas and then move onto fixed term contract with the school for January to July 2025.
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am-3:30pm.
Pay - Excellent rate up to £230/day DOE

They are looking for a teacher who has prior experience teaching students with SEND, including Autism ideally.
This is a mainstream primary school with an Autism Resource Base attached. The base contains 7 K1 & 2 pupils of mixed need and ability.
Pupils have moderate Autism needs centred around sensory, communication, social or emotional needs.
The teacher will be required to teach all pupils in the group and be able to adapt and differentiate their work to each individual.
The class has 3 Teaching Assistants to utilise including two experienced Level 3 TAs.
To join us and be successful in this Tameside based SEND Primary Teacher role, you will need to:
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service.
- Min. of 2 professional references.
- Provide a CV with a full history.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Have QTS or QTLS.
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Some experience teaching children with SEND.
