**Role: Business Development Manager Salary:

£40,000 - £60,000 per year (plus commission)

Location: Runcorn, Cheshire

We are partnered with a thriving Managed Service Provider who are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. You will be joining a well established company with a headcount over 50 and SME clients across the UK ranging from 50 to 500 users.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the business expansion. This role offers substantial ownership and the chance to shape the future of the company by securing new clients and growing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and driving sustained revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the IT and MSP sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the IT or MSP sectors.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
