Responsibilities:

  • Processing and scanning the incoming mail
  • Printing and preparing outgoing mail
  • Filing
  • HMRC registrations
  • Liaising with and providing administration support for solicitors and case handlers
  • Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date
  • Mailbox management
  • Making calls to clients and other organisations

Desirable skills:

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking
  • Familiar with MS Office tools

Salary:

£15,660 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
