Hours: 9am – 6pm

This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. Project Overview:

The Go-To-Market Team within the YouTube EMEA Partnerships Enablement team is responsible for prioritizing, shaping and landing key initiatives (including new product feature launches, monetization programs, audience growth strategies, etc.) that drive the success of YouTube's most important content partners across the entire EMEA region.

Overall Responsibilities:

The Go-To-Market Analyst role will help drive program management, analysis on opportunities & challenges, and leadership and team communications around key YouTube Content Partnerships initiatives. This role will particularly focus on key Go To Market initiatives, provide an analytical approach to key business and operations challenges and opportunities to ultimately improve the operational effectiveness for YouTube EMEA region.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Analysis to identify eligible partners for key initiatives, prioritized based on likelihood of success

  • Engagement of partner management org to track success and to gather and share best practices
  • Analysis of key business staples and deliver data-driven insights about the evolution and health of our partner ecosystem and content verticals
  • Synthesize and communicate the highlights of partner & team performance drivers to leadership.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of data analytics, measurement and reporting including expertise with spreadsheets and SQL

  • Experience translating analytical findings into executive-facing outputs and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills (slide presentations, brief decision-making memos)
  • Strong influencing skills with experience collaborating with and driving alignment across a broad set of stakeholders

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of analytical and/or program management experience in a corporate or consulting role
  • A passion for driving impact and action through compelling analytics.
