Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Tamworth
Basic Salary: £27,000 OTE: £32,000+ (uncapped)
Experience Required: 1.5 year's as a Lettings Valuer

A highly successful and reputable Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced lettings professional looking to step up and become a Lettings Manager. The Lettings Manager will be proactive in the estate agent marketplace to create and develop valuations and lets within the branch, both by pro actively generating leads. They will manage their own time and diary efficiently to ensure maximising potential of staff and resources of branch.

The company will pay for you to pass your ARLA and NAEA

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in estate agency
  • Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • A good record of personal effectiveness
  • Customer driven with a drive for results
  • Previous People Management experience (desirable)
  • Show respect for others and build relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business
  • Providing in branch training and coaching as required by staff
  • Conduct one to one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
  • Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration
  • Drive lead generation through insurances; utilities and other third-party suppliers
