We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our team. If you have a background in working within schools, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), or care settings, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN in both primary and secondary school settings.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to support student learning and development.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Previous experience in a school, EYFS, or care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's education.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
