Managing a small team of 4-5 Youth Support Workers and Volunteers, you will plan, deliver and evaluate a range of curriculum-based groupwork projects as well as working one-to-one with vulnerable and at-risk young people aged 11 to 17 to help improve their future prospects.
Part of the role will require you to handle safeguarding issues and health and safety, whilst addressing service users' needs and helping them overcome the specific challenges they face.
We're looking for people who have experience of youth work (in a paid or voluntary capacity) and are ready for the next step in their career.
Having good IT, record keeping, organisational and planning skills is crucial for this role, along the ability to forge relationships with a range of partner organisations.
