Working for a well established firm of surveyors you will be required to log claims, issue renewal documentation and ensure records are all up to date, ideally you will have worked within personal lines, property or claims
Ideally as a Insurance Claims Handler you will be ideally Cert II certified although not essential, but you will need to possess a high degree of property insurance experience.
WFH is offered after passing 6 month probation period
DUTIES
- Logging of insurance claims
- Providing quotes for new business
- Ensuring all client information is kept up to date
- Making sure all renewals are processed
- Processing account payments and update ledger
- Dealing with any insurance queries
SKILLS
- Proven track record in Property Insurance
- Cert CII qualified although not essential
- Self-motivated with a methodical and organised approach
