MBA are excited to be working with a client who is one of the UK's largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships. They are looking for a SMART Repair Technician to join their experienced team out of their dealership in Reading.

Smart Repair technician
, you will play a very important role in within our growing business. You will be required to have a good all-round knowledge of the role, from alloy wheel to bodywork paint repairs as well as be highly organised with a flexible approach to your workload. You should be able to work without supervision against a varied workload whilst continually exceeding customer expectations.
What we need
- Liaise with customers where appropriate.
- Where it is required, offer customers a detailed explanation in an easy way to understand.
- Listen to the customer and build rapport in order to provide complete customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain new practices in order to optimise quality of service.
- Ability to take payment and raise relevant invoice.
Your Skills
- Relevant experience as a Smart Repair Technician
- Relevant experience in a Bodyshop environment.
- Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
