We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the UK & Ireland.

Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to expand market presence. This role involves close collaboration with different departments, actively seeking out business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager:

  • Implement business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and new customer segments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Diversify the product mix to meet changing customer needs and introduce new products.
  • Provide regular reports on market developments, opportunities, and performance to senior management.

Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the coffee industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
