Description
Description Reporting into the Finance Manager, the key responsibilities for the Transactional Finance Manager are:
- Leadership of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, including setting direction and coaching in support of the development of a highly performing team.
- Overseeing the development, reporting and management of KPIs for the AR and AP services.
- Accountable for all supplier and customer ledgers, including reconciliations, timely customer collections, credit terms, and timely supplier payments.
- Identification and implementation of P2P and R2R systems and processes improvements to support an effective and efficient transactional finance service.
- Support the operational stakeholders in management of customer credit terms and collections of receivables, including proactive review of aged receivables and appropriate dunning procedures.
- Support the operational and procurement teams in management of supplier relationships, including payment terms, query resolution, and reduction in supplier base.
- Work in partnership with the Treasury team to deliver accurate cash flow forecasting and management of invoice financing facility.

Will be confident with the duties listed above and have held a similar position previously.
Has staff managed in a previous position.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Will have a good attention to detail.
