ACR is working with an award-winning business based in Bury to recruit a Personal Assistant on a part-time basis, to work 3 days per week. This opportunity offers excellent benefits including flexible hours, additional annual leave, private healthcare and a competitive salary.

This role will a permanent role, based in the office in Bury. You will be expected to work 3 days per week including Tuesday, Wednesday plus one other day, which can be flexible.

The successful Personal Assistant will need to be organised, an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver and be open to getting involved with a variety of tasks. We are looking for a candidate with administration experience and a strong desire to learn.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £25,000-£30,000 per annum (Pro-rata)
  • Annual bonus based on company profit (Last year was £2,000)

What will be expected of you:

The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior PA in providing a full PA support to the senior management team.

  • Provide diary management, meeting arrangements, and administration support
  • Manage correspondence, screen calls, and respond to emails on behalf of directors
  • Coordinate travel, visas, accommodation, and catering for business trips and events
  • Handle meeting logistics, including room bookings, agendas, action points, and refreshments
  • Help to prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organised filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
  • Support event management, including conferences and staff/customer celebrations
  • Oversee office upkeep, facilities maintenance, and supplies management
  • Assist with gifts and correspondence for milestones and key events

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an organised administration role
  • Experience in booking meetings, scheduling using MS Outlook/Teams
  • PA experience would be a bonus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to use own initiative
