A rapidly growing finance firm based in the heart of Mayfair is looking to hire an Operations Manager to work closely with the Operations Director to support them with their huge remit. This will be a maternity contract starting in December 2024.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a busy Operations role with so much variety and exposure. Typical duties include:
- Working with the Head of Events to help coordinate the full life cycle of European events both onsite and off-site.
- Researching and managing conferences and the budget attached to this.
- Overseeing and managing operational processes
- Taking ownership of the onboarding and offboarding from an operations perspective. Setting up accounts, cancelling company cards etc.
- Assist with the office planning with a growing workforce
- Supporting projects from creating presentations to producing reports and able to understand operational data.
- Vendor management for cleaners, hospitality etc and track the budget for this area.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar Operations role, with great analytical skills and demonstrable project coordination skills.
Essential requirements:
- 3-5 years in an Operations or Workplace role.
- Experience in a smaller environment where you have worked across a multitude of areas within operations. Such as events, workspace planning, reporting, health and safety, and facilities.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills.
- High attention to detail
