A new opportunity is now available for a detail-orientated and reliable Purchase Ledger Clerk. This business is currently looking to expand their finance team by offering an opportunity that is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail. In this role you will be able to gain more responsibilities and further your knowledge in the role and further progress in your career as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

In this role you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, dealing with supplier queries, performing supplier statement reconciliation, and assisting with the payment run.

Ideally you will be

  • Experience in the Accounts Payable Function or in a similar role is essential.
  • High attention to detail as well as organisational skills will be key to be able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Adaptability and a positive, energetic mindset in terms of hitting the ground running in a new role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills as you will be frequently collaborating with the finance team and working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Proficiency using accounting software and IT Systems, such as Excel.
