As a graduate in the finance and administration team, you'll be tasked with the smooth and efficient operation of office processes. From learning how to use Sage, to following up on client queries.
The role is best suited to someone highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- General administration duties
- Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
- Processing sales invoices
- Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
- Dealing with queries
- Advising on overdue accounts
- Supporting the senior administration team
