This role presents a thrilling chance to leverage your comprehensive credit control experience in managing client accounts with outstanding debt, all while fostering robust relationships with clients.
What you'll do:
- Carry out reconciliation on client accounts and progress credits
- Establish trustworthy relationships with customers, removing barriers to payment
- Manage your own client list to control credit and resolve any outstanding issues
- Engage with clients in a professional and confident manner, facilitating timely debt collection
- Prepare and report activity to management
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders internally and externally
