Main responsibilities will include:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls.
- Review each separate issue.
- Liaise with relevant departments involved.
- Respond to customer service queries quickly and accurately.
- Contact customers and external organisations to obtain information as required.
- Notify customers of decisions.
- Follow up diary messages.
- Handle written and telephone customer complaints.
- Provide support for other Operational areas as required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
