We are seeking a dedicated DT Teacher (any specialism) to join a highly reputable secondary school known for its strong focus on academic excellence, character development, and student well-being. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for education and a commitment to student success.This could be full or part time but the successful candidate will have QTS and UK teaching experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective DT lessons to secondary school students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents as required.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
  • Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design Technology or a related field.
  • Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the the DT curriculum in your specialist areas and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
