Clearview Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a thriving estate agency for our client in their Gloucester office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a dynamic sales team. The role will suit a candidate with excellent people and communication skills with a genuine interest in property, we welcome applications to those with and without prior experience in property or estate agent as finding the right person is key. Full training and development will be in place for the successful candidate.
Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Liaising effectively with both applicants and vendors
- Negotiating offers on behalf of clients
- Assisting in the process of bringing properties to market
Sales Negotiator Essential Skills :
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to own car
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential
Sales Negotiator Package:
- Basic salary of £19,000 to £26,000 DOE Plus commission
- Business milage expensed
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm (one in two Saturdays to work with a day in lieu)
