Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in this growing Corporate Tax department? As the Corporate Tax Manager, you'll report directly into Senior Management team and Corporate Tax Partner, ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations.

They currently have aCorporate Tax team of 25, you'll work with clients across the firm, engaging in a variety of fast-paced, deadline-driven projects, which will require excellent organisational and priority management skills.

The clients range from entrepreneurial growth companies and large corporations to multinational groups, FCA-regulated companies, and AIM-listed PLCs, spanning a variety of industries where you can make a significant impact.

Advisory Work

Expect to be actively involved in tax advisory assignments, which have recently included reorganisations, demergers, loan relationships, EIS schemes, R&D tax credits, employee share schemes, due diligence on acquisitions, and business sales advice. We estimate that 50% of your time will be dedicated to advisory work and 50% to CT compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • CTA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Corporate Tax.
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff is beneficial; you will oversee three people in this role.
