Acorn by Synregie is looking for a reliable, pro-active Finance / Treasury Assistant for 12 Month Maternity Cover for their client in London.
- Monday To Friday
- 9am till 5pm = 37.5 hour a week
- Day Rate: £260 per day - Immediate Start.
As a Finance / Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- To monitor and reconcile all aspects of the company's brokerage receivables and payables in a timely and efficient manner;
- To cover client payments in the absence of treasury staff.
- To assist in the preparations of Management Accounts / Reporting.
- To assist with the process and input of purchase ledger invoices into the General Ledger system
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
- Good understanding of trading processes
- Good level of numeracy
- Previous experience of Brokerage Payables and Receivables
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
