Finance / Treasury Assistant

Acorn by Synregie is looking for a reliable, pro-active Finance / Treasury Assistant for 12 Month Maternity Cover for their client in London.

  • Monday To Friday
  • 9am till 5pm = 37.5 hour a week
  • Day Rate: £260 per day - Immediate Start.

As a Finance / Treasury Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • To monitor and reconcile all aspects of the company's brokerage receivables and payables in a timely and efficient manner;
  • To cover client payments in the absence of treasury staff.
  • To assist in the preparations of Management Accounts / Reporting.
  • To assist with the process and input of purchase ledger invoices into the General Ledger system

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:

  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
  • Good understanding of trading processes
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Previous experience of Brokerage Payables and Receivables
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
